We have built a strong, long-standing relationship with the EIG14T Development team and O2B Kids brand to deliver nine new daycare facilities through Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota. O2B Kids is a fantastic care facility with many charms and unique characteristics that has addressed this need precisely with welcoming environments allowing space for the children in their care to learn, grow, explore, and play. One of our first locations, Cottage Grove, was completed in just 254 days for 11,464 square feet and the first to be located in the Twin Cities Metro, now joined by a location in Rosemount, MN. In the Cottage Grove O2B there is space for 133 children across ten separate rooms for kids infant to preschool age. There is also a Play Village and Library to explore along with a fenced in playground with equipment for all ages.
We have built two facilities at the same time twice, once in Rochester and once in Sioux Falls. This helps meet demand more quickly and streamlines the process for all parties involved.
