Cass Lake Clinic Phase 2 Expansion
Project Overview
The Cass Lake Clinic Expansion Project consisted of a 25,209 SF clinic addition and remodeling of 6,471 SF of the existing facility’s pharmacy, Emergency Department, lab, medical records, and physical therapy department. The Cass Lake Clinic is a Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe + Indian Health Services facility so there were a large number of people involved, regulations to follow, and TERO compliance pieces to consider and follow. This project was the first of several recent building expansions where we have built a strong relationship with the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, Cass Lake Clinic, and Indian Health Services. This was a multi-phased project requiring an extensive amount of communication and coordination. The project was designed and built to meet LEED Silver certification.
