Brainerd YMCA Daycare Renovation

This unique, two-level YMCA daycare facility was a complete renovation of an existing structure in Brainerd. Nor-Son turned the space into six separate classrooms for children from three weeks old to pre-kindergarten ages, along with a circulation room, motor skills room, and an indoor slide! We built out storage, staff rooms, a private office, a new fire escape, and a sprinkler system. This daycare facility was greatly needed in Brainerd as so many outer Minnesota towns and cities are lacking daycare options. Nor-Son was thrilled to help build out this new space in our own backyard!
