Zelia on Seven Amenity Space
Project Overview
At Zelia on Seven, an apartment complex in St. Louis Park, they care about their tenants and wanted to revamp their community spaces along with some aspects of their units. Nor-Son Construction built out their beautiful amenity space and remodeled the lobby and other common areas. We also built out their relaxing outdoor pool for guests to enjoy. We completed a larger project of replacing washers and dryers in 65 units and adding terraces to 10 units along with a parking lot addition, all to improve the lives of Zelia on Seven tenants.
