Project Overview
Barrett Petfood specializes in developing premium pet food diets, serving both emerging brands and industry leaders. When the company needed a new 162,000-square-foot facility, they turned to Nor-Son Construction to bring their vision to life. As their Design-Builder, Nor-Son Construction met the fast-tracked schedule by coordinated closely with manufacturing equipment suppliers, using preliminary data to order building components efficiently.
The main structure was designed with engineered columns, beams, and bar joists. Nucor Building Systems provided the wall secondary framing and insulated panels for the multi-height walls, ensuring durability and energy efficiency.
