Project Progress: Brainerd Street Sewer & Parks Building

We are pleased to build a 6,000 sq. ft. addition for the Brainerd Street Sewer & Parks Building in Brainerd, Minnesota! The addition is precast construction and is designed by Widseth. The main addition is an extension of the garage area and a renovation of the current offices. This project includes concrete strip footings, floor slabs, and insulated wall panels with steel bar joists and decks. We will also be installing two overhead doors. In the photos below, you can see the wall panels being installed.
