Project Progress: Winslow Apartments

Our Winslow Apartment project in St. Paul, Minnesota, is well underway and we are inching closer and closer to completion. Recently the trusses and decking went into place and our framing contractor worked through all 4 floors with ease. The crane that has been on site will come down on Monday, the 13th, and the roof is being prepared this week for the roofers to arrive. This week the windows will start to go in, the plumbers will continue the plumbing installation, and the electricians will continue the rough in work. This is our 4th project with this property management company and we are pleased to continue our ongoing relationship.
