North Central Medical Supply & Equipment
Project Overview
North Central Medical Supply & Equipment is a thriving business in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Nearing the end of a 10-year lease, the business had outgrown their current space operating out of two separate buildings, one of which consisted of retail space and offices that was inefficient and cramped. The other was warehouse space on the opposite side of a busy intersection.
The owner approached Nor-Son with the primary goal to have all operations under one roof. After purchasing a lot at the corner of Isle Drive and Glory Road in Baxter, MN, the Nor-Son design/build team created a facility that combined North Central Medical Supply’s need for larger retail space, as well as warehouse and administrative spaces. The result is a beautiful 16,000 square foot facility that is better equipped to meet the growing demands for medical equipment and supplies.
