Lift Tech Marine
Project Overview
After outgrowing their existing facility, Lift Tech Marine, producer of advanced boat lift motors, decided to build a new fabrication shop and office in the Baxter Industrial Park. They came to Nor-Son Construction to design and build a pre-engineered metal building for the workshop and warehouse space with a wood framed office and administration area connected. The modern entrance design required meetings with the city planning commission and city council to adjust the allowable coverage percentage for an accent color from 10% to 15% to allow for the black entry element and recessed corner detail. The wood construction and pre-engineered Nucor metal building shop area tie in beautifully.
