MN Adult & Teen Challenge (MNTC) – Stevens House
Project Overview
Nor-Son Construction completed a multi-phase renovation and addition project at the Stevens House campus for Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge (MNTC), a leading recovery organization serving individuals overcoming substance use disorders. Working in partnership with Station 19 Architects, the project enhanced the facility’s capacity, functionality, and overall living environment to better support residents throughout their recovery journey.
Phase 1 included a 6,532 square foot remodel and addition completed in December 2025, while Phase 2 delivered an additional 3,400 square feet of improvements, including new bathrooms and interior refinishes. The project modernized key spaces and improved daily living accommodations for residents and staff. As a longtime partner of Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge, Nor-Son is proud to help create safe, welcoming, and purpose-built environments that support recovery, personal growth, and long-term success for individuals rebuilding their lives.
