Project Overview
This new medical facility houses multiple multiple clinics/centers to serve as many Crosby (and nearby area) residents as possible. One of these centers is Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s 12,000 square feet of clinic space. Another is 8,500 square feet of cardiovascular services space for Minneapolis Heart Institute/Allina Health. There is also space for one to two additional tenants of up to 10,000 square feet of shell spaces built for future tenant improvement.
