Cass Lake Clinic Phase 1 Expansion
Project Overview
Cass Lake Clinic began it’s additions and remodels with this first phase that continues to grow to this day. For Phase 1 we started with the 32,585 square foot addition and remodel of the existing hospital space. This consisted of a 25,000 square foot clinic addition and a 6,500 square foot remodel to the existing space. We renovated the clinic, lab, pharmacy, urgent care, and medical records department.
