Aicota’s goal is to promote a dignified independent lifestyle by offering a unique experience combining services and high-quality accommodations. This was accomplished with a 13,000 square foot addition with 16 individual apartments. Centralized common-areas are warm and inviting with attractive furnishings and finishes, elegant lighting, and modern technology.
There’s No Place Like Home
We designed this space around people where the residents can have privacy when they want while keeping the community feel. They sleep in their own bedrooms, use their own bathrooms, yet join their neighbors and friends in common living spaces.
