Nor-Son Construction begins renovation of the Historic Foley Mansion
A small groundbreaking ceremony was held for the renovation of the Historic Foley Mansion in St. Cloud, MN. On the National Register of Historic Places since 1978, the mansion will be fully restored using as much of the original finishes as possible.
The home was built in 1889 for $35,000 by Tim Foley who started the town of Foley. The mansion has stood vacant since a fire destroyed the interior in the early 2000s. Now, the new owners plan to renovate the mansion to its former glory for private receptions.
