Project Overview
An addition to bring the comforts of home: This 43,000 square foot assisted living addition of 30 units included two levels plus a garden level walkout. The addition added more single and private rooms, as well as a full memory care unit. Villa Vista contains 23 one-bedroom and 7 two-bedroom units, as well as a salon, activity room, workshop, spa, and spacious lounges.
