Tri-Ven Addition
Project Overview
Lindar Corporation has been a client of Nor-Son Construction for nearly two decades. After designing and building Avantech, a manufacturer specializing in industrial water treatment solutions for the corporation in 2016, Nor-Son returned to design and build a 51,450 square foot addition for Tri-Ven, a rotational molding company.
The new addition includes loading docks, site paving and additional parking, new entrance, and partial interior build-out work. After completing the manufacturing addition, the Nor-Son team returned to finalize a two-story showroom featuring polished concrete floors, steel frame stairs, stained knotty Alder, glass handrails, and manufactured stone entrance.
