St. Mary’s Garden House (now The Gardens at Winsted)
Project Overview
The design and construction of this 13,000 square foot memory care facility was based upon the “small house” senior living concept. It features a single story, wood frame construction with 16 units to house up to 20 total residents. The building features common spaces for residents including a kitchen, dining room, living areas, den, and hearth. Outside is a beautiful secure and private back patio.
