St. Mary’s Garden House
Project Overview
Design and construction of a 13,000 square foot memory care facility based upon the “small house” senior living concept. Features a single story, wood frame construction with 16 units, to accompany up to 20 residents. The building features common spaces for residents including a kitchen, dining room, living areas, den and hearth. Outside is a secure and private back patio.
