Project Overview
Welcome home. Nor-Son’s track record of creating warm, welcoming and well-built homes, as well as state‐of-the‐ art facilities, was exactly what the Benedictine Health System organization was looking for when launching this venture. Rich in earthy tones, historic décor and comfortable gathering spaces, St. Gabriel’s Community provides the perfect place for seniors to call their home.
A new model of care. Residents are divided into three neighborhoods of 24. Each neighborhood is then subdivided into two households, each with their own private room and bathroom. Within a neighborhood, residents share a kitchen, dining room, living room and an activity den. Residents also enjoy use of the chapel, multi-purpose theater room, coffee lounge, outdoor patio, beauty salon, bathing spas and therapy gym.
