Lift Tech Marine located in Baxter, Minnesota, is a leading manufacturer of boat lifts, motors, accessories, and canopies, expanded its operations with the construction of a 13,127-square-foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB). Designed and built by Nor-Son Construction, this facility enhances Lift Tech Marine’s production capacity, supporting the nationwide distribution of its high-quality boat lift motors.
The project involved integrating the PEMB with a conventionally framed office building, ensuring a seamless connection between manufacturing and administrative functions. This expansion strengthens Lift Tech Marine’s ability to meet growing demand.
