Project Overview
This Holiday Inn Express in our headquarters town of Baxter was a great project for us. The project for the 98 room, three-story hotel was an expansive water park. The 30,000 square foot, two-story water park provides a beautiful, dynamic, exciting water park for visitors throughout the entire year. It provides a fantastic place for families to explore and celebrate quality time with each other while away from home.
