Project Overview
Remodel and addition brings the comforts of home to Waconia community. Nor-Son completed a 49,334 square foot addition and remodel to this existing three-story skilled nursing facility. The space now includes 64 beds in a 34,066 square foot, 32-unit post-acute care unit. Other additions include a new therapy suite, covered parking lot, and 1,600 square foot tunnel connecting to the hospital.
