Project Overview
New 19,955 square-foot assisted living campus with twenty units and an eight-car attached garage. Consists of 18 one-bedroom units, 2 two-bedroom units and a common kitchen and dining area. A geothermal heating and cooling system was installed. The site was located in a rural location with limited construction resources.
