Project Overview
Discover this new build 19,955 square foot assisted living campus with twenty units and an eight-car attached garage. It consists of 18 one-bedroom units, 2 two-bedroom units and a common kitchen and dining area. A geothermal heating and cooling system was installed to improve efficiency and add cost savings for the facility and its residents. The site was located in a rural location with limited construction resources so there were many challenges that took our skilled team to tackle.
