Project Overview
7,000 sq. ft. new clinic with pharmacy. In 2009, a 3,000 sq. ft. addition was started to accommodate the number of patients. The clinic now contains a total of 15 exam rooms, six offices, two minor procedure rooms, two nurses stations, two physical therapy rooms, lab and blood-draw room, pharmacy, retail pharmacy, radiology and radiology storage, break room, meeting room, work room, and housekeeping closet.
