Mitch thinks outside the box. When problems arise, he can come up with solutions that are not always obvious. He believes problem-solving requires flexibility and teamwork. A resourceful project manager, he works with clients, architects, and building teams to affect a successful finish by making sure goals are met on time.
With over 20 years of experience, Mitch has worked in residential home building, custom homes, and commercial construction. His former position as a field superintendent provided him with a broader understanding of daily construction activities. Mitch has a B.S. in Industrial Technology with an emphasis on Construction Management from Bemidji State University.
Mitch spends as much time as possible outdoors with his family. He values time with his wife and three kids and likes to camp, ski, hike, or enjoy one of Minnesota’s beautiful lakes. The outdoor activity he likes most is mountain biking. Mitch is a volunteer with the Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Crew.
