Our Team

Jessica is an asset to the Nor-Son Construction team as Project Coordinator due to her great attention to detail, high level of organization, task management, and marketing background. Her experience in the hospitality service, sales, and software implementation realms has developed strong skills that transfer very well to project coordination.

Her role at Nor-Son is diverse, assisting her Project Managers, doing invoice management, and working in marketing to help continue to grow our commercial construction footprint across the Midwest. Jessica has always been motivated to learn as much as she can by asking questions and staying inquisitive. This has lead to a growing interest in construction and the tactile rewards the industry presents.

Her spare time is spent with her husband, Ben, her dog, Bear, and her friends experiencing beautiful Minnesota. Having moved from the southeast, she is always looking for ways to experience more that the state has to offer alongside her friends and family. She has a degree in Hospitality Management with a Business Administration minor from East Carolina University and has earned her certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management.
