Brian has played a key role in the successful opening of more than 300 restaurants, guiding teams through pre-construction, launch preparation, training, and performance alignment to ensure each location’s smooth and successful start.
Brian enjoys golfing, weightlifting, spending time with family and friends or creating art by working on a new drawing or painting.
