Bailey is a great addition to the Project Coordinator Team with her outgoing attitude, problem-solving skills, and passion for learning. She is outgoing and always has a smile on her face as she comes into work, making it a joy to work with her. There are frequent challenges in commercial construction with the many, many moving parts and she isn’t afraid to dive straight in to figure out how to solve each one. She will face the problem head-on and work until she finds the problem’s cause and best solution.
With her extensive background in healthcare she is very familiar with problem solving, time management, and a willingness to learn. It makes the day-to-day business of working on projects alongside her a positive experience and she truly is valuable to the team by bringing that valuable experience to the table.
She loves traveling and hunting, fishing, or anything outdoors and enjoys spending time with her family. You can catch her on Sundays glued to the TV to stand by her Minnesota Vikings. Skol!
