Project Engineer
Austin has a creative mind that allows him to come up with solutions to challenges during a project. He successfully coordinates multiple tasks simultaneously, a time and cost-saving skill. Austin works to produce and deliver quality work for each project and sets realistic expectations, striving to exceed them.
Working as an apprentice plumber for several years and an Assistant Project Manager for a concrete company, Austin came to Nor-Son with valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills. He has extensive knowledge of OSHA and a B.S. in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
Austin is most passionate about his family. He enjoys working on projects in his garage, coming up with his own ideas. He spends some of his free time watching sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife.
