New Project: Lift Tech Marine

We are moving dirt for a new neighbor of ours! Our Baxter team broke ground this month on the new Lift Tech Marine building, a 12,448 sq. ft. steel manufacturing facility with insulated metal panels. The building will have a fully functional motor shop, heated and cooled shop, and full office space. The steel that’ll be used for framing the building will be coming from Nucor, a diversified steel products company headquartered in North Carolina. Nor-Son Construction has been an Authorized Nucor Builder since 2020.
Lift Tech Marine is an industry leader in distributing boat lift motors. They have been growing so rapidly they are needing to move locations and expand enough to host all of the machinery, materials, and employees to keep up with their work. Welcome to the neighborhood, Lift Tech Marine!
