Position: Commercial Project Manager

Description:
The Project Manager will provide overall leadership direction. They will oversee and coordinate various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are followed. Primary responsibilities will be assisting the on-site management team through all phases of the construction process including, safety, estimating & procurement, cost control, coordinating & scheduling, quality control, project administration, personnel management & supervision, and customer, vendor, and subcontractor relations.
5+ years construction management experience is required. A degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred. Ability to creatively problem solve along with excellent written and verbal communications skills with an outstanding customer focus are critical in performing duties. Strong leadership and teamwork skills are required.
