Project Progress: Lift Tech Marine

The new Lift Tech Marine building in Baxter is making great progress! Roofing on the production area is finished, and with the roof installed, the production area is nearing completion. The wood framing in the office area is now complete and roofing for the office will be wrapping up next week. The asphalt parking lot is being poured next week and the interior mechanical and electrical rough ins have started. Trash enclosure foundations have started going in and metal stud framing around the building’s “wings” have started as well. Things are moving forward and we are excited to be inching closer and closer to the finish date!
